Personal Data Protection – Privacy Notice

As Dentbul Oral and Dental Health Clinic ("Dentbul"), we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698, "KVKK"), as explained below.

1. Data We Collect

We process your name, phone number and any complaint/health information you share via the appointment/contact form on our website and via WhatsApp.

2. Purposes

• Creating appointments and contacting you,
• Informing you about treatment processes,
• Improving our service quality.

3. Legal Basis

Your data is processed based on your explicit consent and/or the performance of a contract and legitimate interest under Art.5 of the KVKK. Health data is processed with your explicit consent under Art.6.

4. Transfer

Your data may be shared with authorised persons/institutions only as required by the service and legal obligations; it is never sold to third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

Your data is retained for the periods required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights

Under Art.11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.
